Order Enquiries

Yes, it is possible to collect your purchases in-store (depending on stock availability). Please contact our customer service team to arrange pickup.

To get a restocking date for a particular item, please contact us with the name and/or product number of the out-of-stock item. Our customer service team will get back to you as soon as possible with a confirmed availability date.

Bargain Central communicates with both local and international suppliers to get the best deals and source out-of-stock items as quickly as possible. If you’re looking for something in particular, come to us first – the chances are we’ll be able to find it and offer you the best price.

Once your order has been sent out, we’ll email you a tracking number. You can use this number on our order tracking portal to find out where your order is and when it will be delivered.

Some orders may be shipped in several packages. If you have not received part of your order, we recommend waiting for a few days to allow for separate deliveries. If you still have not received your entire order after an additional three days, please contact our customer services department for help.

Account Enquiries

We check all reviews before they are published on the website to make sure they are relevant and helpful. As long as your review doesn’t contain inappropriate language or content, we’ll publish it as soon as possible and you’ll be able to see it in your account and on the product page. We welcome all honest feedback so that we can improve our service.

You can change your password through your account information page after logging into your account.

It’s not necessary to create an account to shop online with Bargain Central. If you do not wish to create an account, simply select to shop as a guest when you go to check out. However, there are several advantages to creating an account:

  • Your address and contact details will be saved so you won’t have to type them in again each time you shop.
  • You can save multiple delivery addresses such as work and home.
  • You can review your past orders and reviews.

Payment Enquiries

You can currently pay online by:

  1. Credit card (Visa and MasterCard only)
  2. PayPal (checkout with PayPal express on the product page or through the normal checkout process).
  3. Afterpay (Buy Now Pay Later)

All orders are priced in Australian dollars (AUD). It’s not currently possible to pay in alternative currencies.

When purchasing from Bargain Central, card details are transmitted through a secure server using PayWay, an online gateway solution provided by Westpac Banking Corporation. Card data is not hosted by Bargain Central. For more information on PayWay, Australia ‘s leading payment gateway, please visit www.payway.com.au.

Shipping Enquiries

We currently only offer shipping within Australia when ordering through our website.

Bargain Central offers flat-rate fees for standard delivery based on the weight and location.

For most of Australia, you can expect your order to arrive in 3-5 business days. Purchases sent to WA, North Queensland, NT and TAS have a longer estimated delivery time of 4-7 business days.

Shipping and delivery times are not guaranteed and may be affected by weather, a particularly high volume of orders, or other circumstances beyond our control. Remote areas within Australia should also expect a longer delivery timeframe.

We offer refunds on products that are returned within the specified return period. Refunds are free for defective or wrong products that were sent to you. Unfortunately, we can’t cover postage charges if you’ve simply changed your mind about a product. Subject to your rights under Australian Consumer Law, postage and handling charges will not be refunded.

Yes, Bargain Central offers free shipping for orders above $50

We use the fastest, safest and most reliable shipping options to ensure smooth and timely delivery orders where usually require a signature on delivery. If you’re not sure that you’ll be available to sign for your parcel, you can leave us a message in the “order comment” box at checkout to give us authority to leave your parcel in a safe place (ATL).

You can enter the promotional code on the checkout page when you place your order and the discount will be applied before the payment stage.

Product Enquiries

We update the site in real-time, so if a particular product is sold out, you’ll see an out of stock message on the product page. We don’t remove products from our website permanently unless they have been discontinued by the manufacturer and are no longer available to buy.

We source our products from all over the world and have strong wholesale contacts and buying power. This means we can import high-quality products at lower price and pass the savings onto you.

General Enquiries

Unfortunately, not at this point in time, but having fewer retail locations means that we can keep our prices low. Our online store ships to anywhere in Australia, so you can enjoy Bargain Central products and prices wherever you are!
