Returns Policy

Change of Mind
We are not required to provide a refund, exchange, or store credit if you change your mind. Please choose carefully as refund are not normally provided where you have simply changed your mind or made a wrong selection. We may, at our sole discretion, allow a return for refund, exchange or store credit on a case-by-case basis, provided that the item in question is:

  • Returned within 30 days from the purchased date.
  • Must be in their original, re-sellable condition and if a perishable product, is not expired.
  • Must be unworn, unwashed, and complete with original tags and/or packaging.
  • Must be accompanied with proof of purchase such as sales receipt, tax invoice, bank statement or credit card statement. If the proof of purchase does not clearly itemize the goods, more than one type of proof of purchase may be required

Faulty Products
In the unlikely event that the purchased goods are faulty, fail to be of acceptable quality, are unsafe, have a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item, do not perform as they are supposed to, have a wrong description, or are different from the sample shown, you will be entitled to have the goods replaced or refunded using your original payment method. However, no refunds or exchanges will be issued for products that have been misused, mishandled, or mistakenly installed. Customers are responsible for following the instructions and advice given by the manufacturers. All goods will be inspected on return prior to warranting a refund, exchange, or store credit

Refund / Exchange / Store Credit Terms

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used.
  • In the interests of hygiene, we don’t normally offer change of mind refunds or exchanges on hygiene related products such as pillow, blanket, jewelry, food items and beauty products, unless you have valid claim at law.
  • You will be asked for information that is relevant to your return or to satisfy legislative requirements. If you do not provide this information, we may be unable to process your return.
